    Scoped to a specific mandate: an operating model redesign, a leadership infrastructure build, a risk or governance overhaul. Half due at kickoff, remainder due five business days before project close.

    Optional Monthly Retainer — $5K–$7K/mo

    For clients who want continued access after the initial engagement — ongoing advisory, light-touch oversight, or a standing seat at the table.

    Hourly Advisory — $350/call

    For narrower, one-off questions — a second opinion on a plan, a sounding board before a hard conversation, a gut-check before a decision.
