Founded by Audrey Avila. 36 years building the structure behind the strategy — across Technology, Fintech, and Banking.
I've spent 36 years inside large, complex organizations — as a Strategy & Planning Manager, People Leader, Finance Governance Manager, and Chief of Staff — including 13 years as Chief of Staff within the Investment Banking M&A division of a global bank. Along the way I've held the same job from two different vantage points: the one where you build the plan, and the one where you're accountable for the people who have to live inside it.
That combination is what I bring to fractional work. I've led teams through the operational side of large-scale M&A activity at a top global investment bank, run finance governance for a Fortune 500 technology company, and rebuilt manager infrastructure and job architecture at organizations navigating fast growth and high attrition. Clients bring me in when strategy and people leadership need to move together — not as two separate hires, but as one operator who understands both the numbers and the humans executing against them.
I don't hand off a deck and disappear. I diagnose the actual root cause, build the framework to fix it, and stay embedded until it holds without me — then I leave. The goal was never to be indispensable. It was to build something that works when I'm gone.
The through-lines across every engagement, regardless of industry or mandate.
Across three industries, always at the intersection of strategy and the people responsible for delivering on it.
